created a special menu for the food fest which will boast of sea food and other

Ambotic, Caldine Fish Curry, Prawn Bulchao, Chicken Cafreal, Pork Snake Gourd and
Egg Indad amongst others. The dishes can be savoured with rice, panpoles, sannas or
idiappams. The fest is a must for true sea food lovers and also those who are keen
on sampling a range of exotic Konkan delicacies stretching from Goa to Mangalore.
One must also taste the unique seafood platter available in the restaurant. Veggies
need not be disappointed as the food fest has recipes that cater to their taste buds
as well.
